Receive documents for consular certification and legalization of papers and documents

- Individuals and organizations wishing for consular certification and legalization of papers and documents can do it directly at the Consular Department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vietnamese representative agencies abroad or do it online at the online public service portal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at: https://dichvucong.mofa.gov.vn/web/cong-dich-vu-cong-bo-ngoai-Giao/to-khai -truc-tuyen#/

- The Department of Foreign Affairs of Lang Son province is authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to receive consular certification and legalization applications and capable to return the results to domestic and foreign individuals and organizations (receiving and sending to the Consular Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs for settlement).
