The delegation from Bright Future Welfare Fund Organization, Republic of Korea conducts survey for volunteer activities in Loc Binh

On June 6, 2025, a delegation from the Bright Future Welfare Fund Organization (Republic of Korea) visited and conducted an on-site survey to assess the feasibility of launching volunteer activities and providing material support for minor repairs and classroom cleaning at Nam Quan Kindergarten in Nam Quan commune, Loc Binh district, Lang Son province.

Accompanying the delegation were representatives from the Loc Binh District Division of Education and Training. Welcoming and working with the delegation were the board and teachers from two satellite schools, Na Sa and Na Pa under Nam Quan Kindergarten, which are expected to receive the assistance and support from the Bright Future Welfare Fund Organization.

During the survey, the school’s Board of Management provided information about the current operations, challenges, and needs at these locations, with particular emphasis on the support required for classroom repairs and sanitation in preparation for the 2025 - 2026 school year.

At the meeting, Mr. Yi Young Jin, Director of the Bright Future Welfare Fund Organization, expressed his delight and appreciation to the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Loc Binh District People’s Committee, the District Division of Education and Training, and other local authorities for facilitating the organization’s survey program at Nam Quan Kindergarten. After listening to the school’s presentations and conducting direct surveys at the Na Sa and Na Pa satellite schools of Nam Quan Kindergarten, the Bright Future Welfare Fund Organization confirmed it would implement a volunteer project and provide assistance for minor repairs and classroom sanitation at the satellite schools, as proposed by the school. The organization requested the school to urgently compile a prioritized list of repair and renovation items so that Bright Future Welfare Fund Organization can review and assess financial feasibility, after which an official decision on the specific items to be funded will be announced. The District Division of Education and Training was also requested to regularly report to the District People’s Committee, the Department of Foreign Affairs, and other relevant provincial agencies to support Bright Future Welfare Fund Organization in completing the non-project documentation and submitting it for approval, with the goal of implementing the project by the end of July 2025.
