The delegation of KFHI and POMO from the RoK engaged with students at Lang Son Samsung Hope School
From August 5 to 7, 2025, at Samsung Hope School in Trung Cap hamlet, Dong Kinh ward, Lang Son province, the Korea Food for the Hungry International (KFHI) and the POMO delegation from the Republic of Korea (RoK) visited and engaged with the students of Lang Son Samsung Hope School. Representing Lang Son province were delegates from the Department of Foreign Affairs and the People’s Committee of Dong Kinh ward.

The POMO delegation, consisting of sponsors from the RoK, makes annual visits to meet and engage with students at Lang Son Samsung Hope School.
As part of the program, KFHI and POMO organized activities such as Korean food-making workshops, football matches, as well as Art and Music classes for the students.

The visit served as a bridge for the students to directly experience Korean culture through cuisine, music, and sports. Beyond their regular academic lessons, these interactive activities brought excitement and positive energy to the children.

The presence of KFHI and the POMO delegation highlighted the bond between international organizations and the local community, reflecting social care and responsibility while contributing to the overall development of education and the spiritual life of students in border areas. These activities also inspired values of sharing and mutual support within the community.
